I write poetry and prose. I've had poems in Ambit, Magma, Butcher's Dog etc, and non-fiction published widely. I co-founded
early online journal New Linear Perspectives with artist,
writer and film-maker Claudia Massie. We published early work by Niall Campbell, Michael Pedersen, Janette
Ayachi, Holly Corfield Carr and many others. We interviewed luminaries such as Steven Severin of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Mark Cousins, Justine Frischmann and more. Spain, Scotland,
northern England, Devon and Bristol have all been formative influences on the development of my writing. I have recent work in Unpsychology 9.1, Fruit, The Selkie, Dark Mountain Project, Abridged,
Feral and Queer Life, Queer Love (Muswell Press,
2021). I'm currently working on a speculative fiction novella for publication in 2026. I am a smallholder in Teverga, Spain, where I live with my two dogs, three cats and
chickens.
